With the cut of veteran left tackle Branden Albert, Laremy Tunsil will now take over protecting the backside of our starting quarterback.
Tunsil, who fell to the Dolphins after a picture circulated of him smoking marijuana, was drafted with the hopes Albert would show him the ways and Albert did just that. He was a professional who knew Tunsil was there to take his position. He helped Laremy adjust to the fast paced NFL play style. When the veteran left tackle suffered an injury, Tunsil hopped right in and did not skip a beat.
One of Laremy Tunsil's best snaps of 2016 came at LT. Watch how quickly he drives open the hole when Ajayi needs somewhere to cut. pic.twitter.com/c6VNCKufbL

As for the rest of our offensive line, expect Miami to pursue top guards in free agency to fill Tunsil’s old position. A healthy and strong offensive line will be key for Tannehill’s continued growth.
