Could Kenny Stills get the franchise tag? No. Could Andre Branch get the franchise tag? No. Wednesday was the first day that teams were allowed to designate a player with the franchise tag. Don't expect the Dolphins to use the franchise tag this year, neither player is worth the price for the tag. The Dolphins could end up placing the transition tag on Stills if they want to keep him.
