Tonight’s Monday Night Football features two NFC teams the Seattle Seahawks and the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons come into the night with a five and four record. Despite sitting at over .500 on the season, a record that leaves them in third place in their own division, the NFC South, is disappointing for what has been one of the better NFL teams in the last few years. The Seahawks enter the week a game better in the win column at six and three but are likewise disappointed at this point in the season to be sitting in second place in the NFC West. If the playoffs were to start this week neither team would earn a playoff berth with their current records.
