This is also the weekend that should have served at the Dolphins bye week which the team could have used during what has, up to this point been a rough year for the team thus far.

The Buccaneers are also coming into the week struggling. Tampa came into this season hoping to improve on what was their first winning record in six years with a 9 and 7 2016 campaign. The Bucs kicked off the year by defeating the Chicago Bears in week two and also defeated the New York Giants in week four and the New York Jets last week. Outside of those three wins Tampa lost in week three to the Minnesota Vikings and had a five-game losing streak from week five through week nine.

This week might be the best week of the season for the Dolphins to get one of their weaker opponents. The Phins need to get back to winning games this week or the season, a season that they believed that they could go even deeper into the playoffs after last years surprising birth, or watch the year slip away and become just another disappointing season for the team and the fans.
