This weeks Monday Night Football game features two AFC West teams, the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos, who travel this evening to Kansas City, come into the week with a dead even 3 and 3 record. The Broncos have wins in week one over the Los Angeles Chargers, week two over the Dallas Cowboys and week four over the Oakland Raiders. Denver’s three losses came in week three to the Buffalo Bills, week six to the New York Giants and last week against the Chargers. The Broncos 3-3 record has them currently sitting in 2nd place in the AFC West.
The Chiefs come into the night with a solid 5 and 2 record. Kansas City had five consecutive wins to begin the season making them the last team in the NFL to lose a game this year. Their wins came in order over the New England Patriots, the Philadephia Eagles, the Los Angles Chargers, the Washington Redskins and the Houston Texans. The Chiefs have cooled off a bit in the last two weeks losing consecutive Games to the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders. KC’s 5-2 record has them currently sitting in 1st place in the AFC West.
