The Dolphins will again be without their starting quarterback. There was hope this week that Ryan Tannehill could play against the Steelers, but it would have taken a miracle for him to see the field. This is probably the right move though. Matt Moore has played better than expected and right now, he gives the team the best chance to win at Pittsburgh. There was no point in risking Tannehill's career by rushing him back.
