The Dolphins will not be looking for a head coach this year, unless Adam Gase decides to call it quits, which is highly doubtful. Vance Joseph is expected to be the front runner for the Broncos job and will have to find a replacement for him. The Dolphins are planning on promoting linebackers coach Matt Burke if Joseph is hired sometime soon. The team also will have to makes some decision on free agents, especially Kenny Stills who had a huge year under Gase. The Dolphins have to make it a priority to re-sign the speedy receiver.
