The Splash Zone 9/8/16: Dolphins Name Five Team Captains

The Dolphin players have spoken. The team voted on permanent team captains rather than have game-by-game team captains. Five players were selected: Ryan Tannehill and Mike Pouncey for offense, Cameron Wake and Reshad Jones for defense, and Michael Thomas for special teams.

Head Coach Adam Gase revealed Wednesday that players had voted for the following five players as season captains: Ryan Tannehill and Mike Pouncey on offense; Cameron Wake and Reshad Jones on defense; and Michael Thomas on special teams.
