The Dolphins worked out linebackers A.J. Hawk, Donald Butler, and Nate Irving yesterday and ended up signing Butler. Butler has spent all of his 5 season with the San Diego Chargers and was most recently with the Arizona Cardinals. The Dolphins needed some depth at linebacker and Butler's position flexibility helps.
