The Miami Dolphins have announced nine players not expected to dress for the team’s Preseason Week 4 contest against the Tennessee Titans. Most of these players have been bothered by injuries, though some could just be preventative measure by the team to ensure they do not sustain an injury before the season starts.

The Dolphins announced the following players as not expected to dress:

Kenny Stills, WR
DeVante Parker, WR
Isaiah Pead, RB
Chimdi Chekwa, CB
Mike Pouncey, C
Jelani Jenkins, LB
James-Michael Johnson, LB
Terrence Fede, DE
Earl Mitchell, DT

The Dolphins will kickoff against the Titans at 7pm ET. It will mark the first even to be held within Miami’s newly renovated Hard Rock Stadium. The game will be the last chance for coaches to see players under game situations ahead of Saturday’s 53-man roster cut-down deadline.

The Dolphins will open the regular season on September 11 against the Seattle Seahawks in Washington.
