The Miami Dolphins continue to prepare for the 2016 NFL season with their seventh practice of training camp. Yesterday’s practice did not include pads as the team came back from their first off day of camp, but today will likely see a return of pads.
The team is continuing to rotate offensive linemen and cornerbacks as they look for the right combination of players to fill key roles this year. Will Laremy Tunsil eventually surpass Dallas Thomas at left guard? Will someone be able to lock down the starting cornerback position opposite Byron Maxwell, or will the team have to wait for Xavien Howard to come off the Physically Unable to Perform list?
Practice seven is open to the public and will start at 8:35am ET. The Dolphins will not hold another practice open to the general public until Monday.
