Jay Glazer attended Dolphins practice on Monday and offered some encouraging words about the team. Glazer went on to say on his Instagram that the Dolphins are his pick for team that makes a huge jump. He likes how Ryan Tannehill and Adam Gase are clicking and is impressed with Kenny Stills leadership. I still believe the Dolphins are a .500 team. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a season like Tony Sparano's first year.
