The Miami Dolphins held their first padded practice on Monday, and the defensive came to play. Cameron Wake, Mario Williams, Ndamukong Suh, Jason Jones, and Chris McCain were all disruptive throughout the day, getting through the offensive line and attacking whichever quarterback was taking the snap.
It was not all bad for the offense, however, as the passing game was able to connect on several deep passes during 1-on-1 and 7-on-7 drills. Now, it is just a matter of the offensive line being able to give the rest of the offense time to work in 11-on-11 drills.
Day five will have the first night practice of the year, with the team getting on the field at 6pm ET. The practice is an invite-only practice for season ticket holders.
