One of the most anticipated periods of the year is when the Miami Dolphins open training camp, allowing fans to come watch the team. Sadly, that period does not last very long, and on Wednesday, it comes to an end with one final practice. Thursday will see the Dolphins head to Texas to face the Dallas Cowboys on Friday, then, when they return, the team will settle into their normal practice schedule, without the workouts being open to the public.
The post-training camp practices will also have minimal reporter coverage, as the team will usually only allow coverage of the first couple of periods each day.
The Dolphins are still working on several areas as they head into this practice. Offensive lineman Laremy Tunsil is starting to see more playing time as the starting left guard, Arian Foster and DeVante Parker appear on track to play against the Cowboys, the cornerback position battle is still raging, and the offense has to find their rhythm.
The practice will start at 8:30am ET.
