The Splash Zone 8/1/16: Arian Foster Impresses In First Practice

Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

Arian Foster was taken of the PUP list and was able to practice with the team for the first time. Foster impressed the coaches and players in his first practice with the team, so he is off to a good start. But lets not get ahead of ourselves here. The pads haven't even come on yet and people are already overreacting on everything.
