Ryan Tannehill will be entering his fifth season and will have another new offense to learn. The main reason why Adam Gase is the Dolphins newest head coach is because of his track record with quarterbacks. The front office obviously believe in Gase and his ability to guide a quarterback. I don't think the results will be as immediate as people would like, but everything is there for Tannehill to succeed.
