Adam Gase worked hard to get to where he is now as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins. Gase went out and got a defensive coordinator who deserved the shot. Enter Vance Joseph. We heard great things about Joseph when he officially joined the coaching staff and he is making a great impression with his players. Keep in mind, Joseph was blocked from being the Denver Bronocs defensive coordinator last offseason. People around the league think highly of him and some believe he has head coach potential.
