Now that we have the Hall Of Fame nominations underway we will move on to the next round of nominations. Below you will find the first four awards that we will be nominating site members for. As with the HOF nominations please place your nominations in the comments section of this post with one change, please give us both the screen name of the person that you are nominating and what specific award you are nominating them for. If you do not do both the nomination will of course be ignored because of that horrible accident that I had that costing me my psychic abilities. Simple, right? Yeah, we will see!

The Don Shula (Formerly the Bill Parcells) Award - given to the blogger with the most insightful and knowledgeable posts and comments.

The Zach Thomas Leadership Award - given to the blogger who best exemplifies sportsmanship and level-headedness when posting and commenting.

2009-2010: MrMedic
2011-2012: texascowpunk (now James McKinney)
The Jarvis "Juice" Landry Sophmore of the Year Award (formallyThe Jared Odrick Sophomore of the Year Award) - given to the best sophomore blogger at the site. This award was previously only given out in 2012, due to no Matty Awards in 2011.
2011-2012: The Earl (now Chris Early)
The Devante Parker Rookie Blogger of the Year (formallyThe Jake Long Rookie Blogger of the Year Award) - given to the best rookie blogger at the site.
2008-2009: Mosul_DolFan (now Kevin Nogle)
2009-2010: Uncle finster
