Earlier on Tuesday, the NFL's official Twitter account was hacked, with the first tweet stating NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell had passed away:
Patriots fans hacking the NFL Twitter account? pic.twitter.com/71SLtRHKI8— Jason Romano (@JasonRomano) June 7, 2016
The tweet was quickly deleted by the league, with multiple media reports confirming that Goodell was fine and was at work. Shortly thereafter, two more tweets appeared from whomever conducted the hack:
NFL Twitter account still is being hacked.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) June 7, 2016
And Roger Goodell still is alive. pic.twitter.com/RLoNoP204P
The hack made us wonder (after our Detroit Lions sister site Pride of Detroit came up with the idea first), what would Miami Dolphins fans write if they hacked the NFL's account? We asked on Twitter, receiving a few answers:
@thephinsider I'd tweet: Miami fires Gase... Marino to replace. That would get attention lol— Jason Thomas (@jdtman) June 7, 2016
Now, we ask you. If you could post anything on the NFL's Twitter timeline, what would it be?
