NFL Top 100 Players of 2016: Ndamukong Suh lands at 40

New, comments

The Dolphins had several players on NFL Network’s Top 100, with the latest being defensive tackle, Ndamukong Suh.  Here is a look at what Ndamukong Suh brings to the Dolphins, and the impact he had during the 2015 season.

In 2014, Ndamukong Suh was the NFL’s most prized free agent. Miami landed the elite defensive tackle, signing him to a 6 year, $114 million contract. After a season in which Suh combined for 60 tackles, 5 passes defensed, and 6 sacks, he was the 40th ranked player in NFL networks’ Top 100 countdown.

At 29 years-old, the former pro-bowl defensive tackle, remains one of the NFL’s best defensive players. With the addition of Jim Washburn in Miami, Suh should excel under his former coach, creating mayhem for opposing quarterbacks. The team’s coaches and staff hope that Suh can regain his previous form, once again becoming one of the league's elite defensive players.

Suh joins Landry (98) and Jones (40), as the Dolphins only players to join the NFL’s 2016 Top 100 Player’s list. Will Miami have any other player’s in the NFL’s Top 100?
