Miami Dolphin fans have been constantly let down. We thought we had it all together with the hiring of Joe Philbin, but we know how that turned out. The organization was so dysfunctional and everything was kept behind closed doors. It was time for a change and the Dolphins went out and hired the most in demand coaching prospect, Adam Gase. It's time for the Dolphins to stop asking for the fans faith and to actually go out and prove they have changed. It's too early to tell how Gase will fare out, but he is entirely different from Philbin. Only time will tell how everything pans out.
