The Miami Dolphins have traded up during the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft. They moved up four spots, from the 42nd overall pick to the 38th pick.
The position was originally held by the Jacksonville Jaguars, but was sent briefly to the Baltimore Ravens when the Jaguars moved to the 36th position to select linebacker Myles Jack. The Dolphins then moved up after coming to a deal with the Ravens.
The Dolphins gave the Ravens the 42nd (second round) and 104th overall pick (4th round) to move up.
