The 2016 NFL Draft is this weekend, starting Thursday night and carrying us through Saturday evening. This year's Draft promises to be filled with craziness, especially with three trades of top 10 picks already having happened, and more possibly on the way. The Philadelphia Eagles have been involved in two of the trades, with the Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee Titans, and Cleveland Browns all moving up or down the draft order as well.
The trades started back in March when, as free agency began, the Dolphins sent the 8th overall pick to the Eagles in exchange for cornerback Byron Maxwell, linebacker Kiko Alonso, and the 13th overall selection. The Eagles, this past week, then sent the 8th pick, along with their third- and fourth-round picks this year, plus their 2017 first-round pick, and their 2018 second-round pick to the Cleveland Browns for the 2nd overall pick.
Between those two trades, the Rams jumped from the 15th position to the top pick in the Draft, giving the Titans the 15th pick, two second-round picks, and a third-round pick this season, as well as a third-round pick in 2017.
The Rams are expected to select quarterback Jared Goff from Cal with the first pick, though they are not yet confirming that selection. The Eagles, who are said to be happy with either of the top two quarterbacks, would then select North Dakota State's Carson Wentz. Of course, there is always a chance that the Rams or Eagles traded up to grab someone like Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey.
Below, you will find all kinds of things that can help you prepare for and watch the Draft this year. Of course, we will start with the pertinent information, including the start time for all three days, channels and online streams you can watch, and more.
