Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

According to Mel Kiper Jr, there is a possibility that the Miami Dolphins may trade up in the first round to select Ezekiel Elliott. The Dolphins pick at No.13, but had the No.8 pick before trading with the Philadelphia Eagles. Coincidentally, the Eagles are very interested in Elliot and few people expect him to make it past them. Elliott is considered a top-5 talent and I would like to see him in a Dolphins uniform, but there are other needs that need addressed.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day's round-up below.
