The Dolphins are in need of some help at linebacker. The team is looking for an upgrade over Kelvin Sheppard and quite possibly the whole unit. James Lauinaitis was cut by the Rams and could make sense, though he's not as great as he used to be, but still productive. The Dolphins could also lose Olivier Vernon and Chris Long could be a cheaper option at defensive end, though a talent drop off from Vernon.
