Stephen Ross wants to win now and he created a little stir yesterday when he stated that if we don't make the playoffs in three years, we'll be looking for another coach. However, according to different sources, Ross was speaking broadly about NFL trends. We all know Ross is a loyal owner and I'm sure he's going to give Gase plenty of time to prove himself. Ross even believes Gase is the next Belichick.
