NFL: Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

The Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots will face off for the 100th regular season meeting between the two division rivals when they meet in Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday. Both teams are headed to the AFC Playoffs, but there are still seeding questions that need to be answered and both teams can use a win in this game.

New England beat the Dolphins back in Week 2 of the season, using a combination of Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett to fill in for the suspended Tom Brady. In this Week 17 meeting, Brady will be back under center for the Patriots - assuming Bill Bellichick does not pull him for rest before the playoffs - while the Dolphins will not have Week 2’s starter, Ryan Tannehill. Matt Moore will be starting for Miami for the third straight game after a knee injury sidelined Tannehill in Week 14.

In this season finale re-match, can the Dolphins make it four straight years beating New England in Miami? Will the Patriots lock up home-field advantage in the playoffs with a win? Could Miami put themselves in position to move up to the fifth seed?
