Miami Dolphins fans watched the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Denver Broncos on Sunday night, a game that clinched the South Florida franchise’s first playoff berth since 2008. The fans were not the only ones watching the game, however, as Dolphins players were active on Twitter reacting to the game all night.

The Dolphins, who started the season 1-4, have won nine of their last ten games and set up the clinching scenario of a loss by the Broncos with Miami’s 34 to 31 overtime win over the Buffalo Bills. The win completed the season sweep of the Bills and eliminated Buffalo from the playoffs.

Miami now heads into Week 17 knowing they will be playing a 17th game this season. If Miami loses to the New England Patriots next week, or the Chiefs win, Miami will be heading to Pennsylvania to face the Pittsburgh Steelers as the sixth seed. If the Dolphins win and the Chief lose, Miami is off to Texas to face the Houston Texans as the fifth seed.
