Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Dolphins were expecting to lose Ryan Tannehill for the rest of the season after he got his MRI. By some miracle, and there's nothing else I can call it, Tannehill is not expected to require surgery on his knee after the team feared he tore his ACL. At this point, can we even argue if Tannehill is human after all the physical abuse he has taken? The Dolphins will monitor the quarterback on a week-to-week basis but it is still very unlikely he may return this season. However, as some are pointing out, if the Dolphins make the playoffs (or by week 17) there is a chance Tannehill may play again this season.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day's round-up below.
