The Miami Dolphins will conclude their four-game, five-week homestand today with a contest against the New York Jets. An AFC East rival with a chance to reach .500, as the Dolphins come off their bye week, could be exactly what Miami needs. Can the team reinforce the upset wins they had the last two times they hit the field with a win over the Jets?
Miami has a chance to make history this week, with running back Jay Ajayi coming off back-to-back 200-yard rushing performances. No player in league history has reached 200-yards in three consecutive games. For him to do it, however, the Dolphins will have to find success against the top-ranked rushing defense in the league.
