The Miami Dolphins take their three-game winning streak across the country to start a two-week California road trip. This Sunday, they begin those two games facing the AFC West’s San Diego Chargers. This game marks the fourth year in a row the two clubs will meet, with Miami winning the first two in South Florida and the Chargers winning last year’s contest in San Diego.
The Chargers have not had the success they expected this year, but they are not getting destroyed either. The Chargers seem to be in every game they play, with their average loss coming by 4.4 points over the five games. They are averaging 29.8 points scored this year, good enough for third place in the NFL, while Miami is 20th at 21.6 points per game. The Dolphins will have their hands full on Sunday.
