Joe Philbin was stubborn and unwilling to make any changes and we know how terribly his coaching tenure ended. Adam Gase on the other hand has shown he is not afraid to make changes for the betterment of the team. The first year head coach sent a message to the team by cutting two starting offensive lineman and the team responded. He's also not afraid to call out anyone on the team. This is something we Dolphin fans have not seen in years.
