Black Monday, the annual day each year when, with the final regular season games completed the day before, under-performing NFL teams begin their search for a new head coach. Black Monday, of course, started early this year, with the Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans, and Philadelphia Eagles all firing their head coaches in season. The Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, and New York Giants all joined the pack of teams looking for a new coach either Sunday night or Monday morning.
The news and rumors have been flying like crazy throughout the day, and we have been trying to keep up with all of them. To give you a chance to catch up with all of the news from around the league's coaching carousel, we provide you with a league-wide coaching search tracking chart.
