The NFL regular season will end tonight with the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings deciding who will be the NFC North champions, and who will settle for a Wildcard position. Other than that, however, we now know all of the teams and seeding for the Playoffs.

The AFC divisional winners for this season are the Denver Broncos in the AFC West, the New England Patriots in the AFC East, the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North, and the Houston Texans in the AFC South. The Wildcard teams will be the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers.

The NFC side of the bracket has the Carolina Panthers winning the NFC South, the Arizona Cardinals winning the NFC West, the Washington Redskins winning the NFC East, and tonight's Packers-Vikings winner taking the NFC North. The loser of that game and the Seattle Seahawks will be the Wildcard teams from the NFC.

The final seedings are:

AFC

1 - Denver Broncos
2 - New England Patriots
3 - Cincinnati Bengals
4 - Houston Texans
5 - Kansas City Chiefs
6 - New York Jets

NFC

1 - Carolina Panthers
2 - Arizona Cardinals
3 - Green Bay Packers*
4 - Washington Redskins
5 - Minnesota Vikings*
6 - Seattle Seahawks
