Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a run down of the Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Dolphins will be represented at the 2016 NFL Pro Bowl. It was announced that Jarvis Landry and Branden Albert will be heading to Hawaii next Sunday. Landry will be replacing Antonio Brown while Albert replaces Trent Williams, both whom are dealing with injuries. I'm kind of salty because Reshad Jones did not make it, guy deserved it after the year he had.
