We knew back in October that the Miami Dolphins would be looking for a new coach and thanks to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, we are beginning to see why the Dolphins were so dysfunctional this season. If you recall, Joe Philbin wanted to draft Derek Carr in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Yes, it was clear Philbin wanted a new quarterback to lead the team, but he did it in an odd way.
