This years Cactus Bowl in Phoenix Arizona features the West Virginia Mountaineers against the Arizona State Sun Devils. The Mountaineers finished their season with a 7 and 5 record that saw them finish 5th in the Big 12 Conference. The Sun Devils finished the season with a 6 and 6 record that had them finishing 4th in the Pac 12 Conference's South Division.
