The Miami Dolphins will continue to employ special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi under new head coach Adam Gase, according to a Fox Sports report:
.@MiamiDolphins are keeping Darren Rizzi as their special teams coach under new HC Adam Gase, @NFLonFOX has learned

Rizzi was originally hired by the Dolphins in 2010 as part of the Tony Sparano regime. He was retained under Joe Philbin, and now will move into his third regime in Miami with Gase. Rizzi added the title of assistant head coach under interim head coach Dan Campbell during the season, but it is not clear if he will continue to carry that title under Gase.
Marvez added:
Source tells @NFLonFOX all current @MiamiDolphins assistants will be fired w/Darren Rizzi exception (special teams). Dan Campbell's fate TBD

Miami hired Gase on Saturday, making him the 12th head coach in team history. He has full control over the coaching staff for the team, including the fate of Campbell, who the ownership and front office would love to keep, but would have to fit into a role under Gase. Gase was also given final say on the Dolphins' 53-man roster.
