Today is officially day one of the Miami Dolphins' offseason workout program. Over the next two weeks, the team will hold voluntary workouts for the players, concentrating on strength and conditioning. The team will move to on-field workouts in Phases 2 and 3 of the program, with specific dates of OTAs and minicamp here.
