The NFL is into the second day of the "legal tampering" period, when teams are able to contact the representatives of soon-to-be free agents, and begin negotiations - though they cannot make an official contract offer. A few names have bubbled up in connection to the Miami Dolphins during the first day of the period, but none more so than the continuing rumors linking the Dolphins to Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.
Those rumors continued this morning:
Multiple league sources continue to be definitive on Ndamukong Suh locked into #Dolphins. Deal expected to set new guaranteed $ for defense.

Robinson's tweet was then followed by one from Jason Cole:
Cole then added on Bleacher Report Radio:
Will the Dolphins land Suh, or will he go back to the Lions? The signing period for free agency begins Tuesday at 4pm ET.
