Dolphins free agents 2015: Garner, Finnegan join list

The Miami Dolphins made three roster moves on Monday, two releases and a transition tag application.The club released cornerback Cortland Finnegan and offensive lineman Nate Garner in moves designed to free salary cap space. They then backed that up with the transition tag on Charles Clay.
