Position of focus for Dolphins at No. 14 overall

A lot of time this offseason has been spent discussing whom the Miami Dolphins will draft with the No. 14 overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. Let's back things up a bit and concentrate on the position Miami should focus on with its first-round pick.

Steven Bisig-USA TODAY Sports

"The Dolphins should draft Amari Cooper or DeVante Parker at No. 14. If those guys aren't there, take Brandon Scherff. If he's not there, trade down and get Jaelen Strong."

The above quote was tweeted to me by a Miami Dolphins fan last month, and it got me thinking regarding the Dolphins' No. 14 overall selection next month. While the fan in question has set his sights on the draft via an almost hybrid version of the best player available approach (and rightfully so), I believe it's just as important for fans to broaden their scope and think about the position they most want to see at No. 14. Sure, it's a classic value vs. need assessment, but it also allows fans to look at the draft from both sides of the coin. And since Dolphins GM Dennis Hickey had absolutely no problem "reaching" for Tennessee right tackle Ja'Wuan James at No. 19 last spring, I really believe there's at least some value in looking at the draft from a need-based perspective.

So use this poll to tell The Phinsider the position you most want to see drafted at No. 14 overall.
