The Baltimore Ravens blocked a Cleveland Browns field goal at the end of their Week 12 Monday Night Football game, picked up the ball and returned it all the day for a touchdown to win the game as the clock expired. It was an incredible ending to the week. It also hurt the Miami Dolphins.
Yesterday, the Dolphins were in 12th place in the AFC, far enough out of the Playoff picture to understand their realistic shot at the Playoffs is gone, but still technically alive for a Wildcard spot. Baltimore's win actually pushes the Dolphins down another spot, into the 13th position, because the Ravens have gone 3-5 in the AFC, while Miami is 2-6.
Other than Baltimore and Miami moving, the rest of the AFC Playoff Picture remains the same as the pre-Monday Night Football standings.
