NFL Week 7 winners picks from The Phinsider

We continue our weekly shot at trying to pick the winners from every NFL game. Sometimes it goes really well. Other times, not so much.

Okay, a couple of weeks ago, I was not so subtle in my braggadocios post about the standings in this year's picks pool. Since then, my picks have fallen apart and suddenly I am no longer alone at the top of the standings. So, to appease karma, or whatever it is that has my picks diving off a cliff, I apologize. Now, it's time to get back to beating everyone this year.

Last week, Duke and James McKinney led the way with a 10&4 performance, followed closely by Brian "Turtle" Naidus, who finished at 9&5. Just behind him came Kdog92 and JamesRadio1979, both of whom finished 8&6. I came in at 7&7, then Alex Parish brought up the rear at 6&8 for the week.

Leaving that opening allowed McKinney to work his way into a tie with me atop the overall standings, both of us at 61&30 on the year. Four games behind us at 57&34 stands jamesradio1979, followed by Kdog92 at 54&37, then Duke at 53&38, Turtle at 52&39, and finally Parish at 51&40.
