The Miami Dolphins have had a hard time stopping just about anyone this year, but it seems like former Dolphins have really had a field day when facing their former South Florida franchise. Jared Odrick, Charles Clay, Dan Carpenter, Richie Incognito, Chris Hogan, Brandon Marshall, Todd Bowles, and Kacy Rodgers all contributed to beating the Dolphins in the past three weeks, either on the field or from the sidelines. It has not been good for Miami going up against former members of the club.
One former Dolphins player, however, will not be a factor when Miami gets to Week 13 of the schedule. The Baltimore Ravens traded for cornerback Will Davis earlier this season, filling a desperate need for Baltimore while Miami added a seventh round pick for a player they were not putting on the field. Davis will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL:
#Ravens CB Will Davis, who has impressed since he was traded from #Dolphins, tore his ACL, source said. Another tough blow for Baltimore

Davis, with the Dolphins, tore his ACL last year against the Buffalo Bills late in the season.
Davis had played well for Baltimore since the trade, and he was always someone who would flash potential for Miami, but was never able to consistently put it together. Injuries are a part of the game, but they are never something you want to see. Hopefully Davis is able to recover from the knee injury and return next year.
