The New York Jets are back in the market for a new general manager again after relieving former GM John Idzik of the position. After being turned down by Ravens executive Eric DeCosta, the Jets have set their sights on a Dolphins personnel man. According to Adam Schefter, the Jets have requested an interview with Chris Grier, the current director of college scouting. Grier has been with the Dolphins for 15 seasons, and his fifth as director of college scouting. Grier also worked with the Patriots for five years before coming to Miami.
