The Miami Dolphins have until 4pm ET today to reduce their roster to 75 players. They started the day at 86 men on the roster, meaning the team had to release 11 more players before the day ends.
The cuts began with quarterback Brady Quinn, who announced his release on Twitter.
It was short lived but I enjoyed every second. Thank you @MiamiDolphins for the opportunity to play the game I love again. Best of luck to..

Quinn joined the Dolphins two weeks ago, when an injury sidelined Pat Devlin.
Joining Quinn in the roster cuts today was wide receiver Armon Binns, according to the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson. Binns was expected to compete for a depth position on Miami's roster. He was outplayed, however, by Rishard Matthews and Damian Williams throughout much of the preseason. Binns had been attempting to return to the Dolphins after a preseason ACL tear sidelined him for the entire season in 2013.
Nine more cuts are required from the Dolphins.
