The Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys face off tonight in the critical third game of the NFL Preseason. This is typically the dress rehearsal game around the league, with starters playing extended minutes this week. Most teams will leave their starters in for at least the first half, and often times will have them come out for the first couple of possessions of the second half before shutting them down.

Tonight is also the last game before the first set of roster cuts, with teams having to go from 90-players on the preseason roster down to 75. For the Dolphins, that means at least 12 players dressing tonight will not be members of the team by Tuesday at 4pm ET (the team has already cut three players: tight end Michael Egnew, cornerback Jalil Brown (injured), and defensive tackle Micajah Reynolds). The bubble players have to make an impression tonight, in limited snaps, to ensure they are safe from finding themselves out of work over the next few days.

And, as always....

GO DOLPHINS!
