A couple of weeks ago, I asked the following question on Twitter:
Greatest player to play for multiple #AFCEast teams? (@BuffRumblings @GangGreenNation @patspulpit).
— Kevin Nogle (@thephinsider) June 26, 2014
It's a good question, when you think about it, because there are plenty of players who have made appearances in at least two different AFC East jerseys. Is it someone like Drew Bledose, who appeared in both the New England Patriots' and Buffalo Bills' uniforms? What about Thurman Thomas, who after a Hall of Fame career in Buffalo, spent one year with the Miami Dolphins? For Dolphins fans, there's always that one year in which Jason Taylor was tempted by the dark side and landed with the New York Jets.
I got a lot of great responses, from fans of all four teams. And there were answers that would not have even crossed my mind, but should absolutely be in the disussion. It's taken a little while to get back to those answers, but we did compile all of them and take a look at the Twitter-verse's reponse now:

For those of you keeping score at home, that's Jason Taylor and Wes Welker tied for the top spot with five votes each. Just behind them was Thurman Thomas, with four votes, and Irving Fyrar and Drew Bledsoe each picking up three responses. Nick Buoniconti, Curtis Martin, and Chad Pennington each showed up in two of the tweets. Everyone else received one reply.
