The Miami Dolphins have signed rookie wide receiver Jarvis Landry, according to a report from Aaron Wilson. Landry was the team's second round draft choice back in May.
Adding Landry to the signed draft picks group leaves Miami with just first round choice Ja'Wuan James and third round selection Billy Turner to sign. The team has had full participation from all of the rookies, both the signed draft picks and non-signed picks, at all of the team's offseason workouts, including the three Organized Team Activities.
After Turner, Miami selected cornerback Walt Aikens in the fourth round, tight end Arthur Lynch and linebacker Jordan Tripp in the fifth, wide receiver Matt Hazel in the sixth, and defensive end Terrence Fede in the seventh.
Using Over The Cap's rookie salary estimation, Landry's four-year contract should total around $3.47 million, with a nearly $850,000 signing bonus. His 2014 salary cap number should be just shy of $600,000.
